Which Tempe neighborhoods are we installing in?
South Tempe is where most of our work is — Warner Ranch, The Lakes, and the Dobson-area neighborhoods have two-story stucco elevations with the long fascia runs this system was designed around. Closer in, Maple-Ash and the older neighborhoods near downtown are mid-century ranch homes: single-story, low pitch, and often with shallow eaves or none at all. Those need a different mounting profile, which is exactly why a fitted track beats clip-on strands there.
The eave-less problem
